We offer a 24 hour access pass, as well as monthly and annual subscriptions.
All payments are handled by WorldPay and use the very best encryption and security technology. For your convenience monthly and annual subscriptions are handled via the FuturePay system and will renew at the end of the period. You can cancel the renewal at any point using the information you receive via email, upon subscription.

Can I share my account?
Each account will allow just one person to be logged into Artist Biographies at one time. Should you be a business or organisation that needs more than one person to be able to access the database at one time, please contact us to discuss how we can help you.
Are there discounts for multiple users?
Please contact us with your organisation's details and a telephone number where you can be contacted and we will call you to discuss how we might be able to help.
What's my commitment?
We offer three packages, a 24 hour pass, and monthly and annual subscriptions. Due to the nature of the site, once you have purchased access it cannot be refunded. However, you can cancel the repeat billing on monthly or annual subscriptions at any time via WorldPay with the information emailed to you at the end of the sign up process. This takes just a few moments.
