McKELVEY Francis Baird 1895-1974

Painter, known as Frank McKelvey, was born in Belfast. He attended Belfast College of Art 1912-17 and exhibited at the NMNI, RHA, RUA, FAS, RGI, Victor Waddington, Dublin and also in New York.
