WOOTTON Frank Anthony Albert 1914-1998
Born in Milford, Hampshire and as a student, Frank Wootton studied at Eastbourne College of Art, 1928-30 under Eric Ravilious and Arthur Reeve-Fowkes gaining a Travelling Scholarship and Gold Medal.
