Parkin dealt in Modern British Art for more than 30 years and the artists he has sold through his legendary exhibitions included brothers Sybil Andrews, Wendela Boreel, Horace Brodsky, Claude Flight, Sylvia Gosse, Henry and Walter Greaves, Nina Hamnett, Jacob Kramer, Augustus Lunn, John Minton, Mortimer Menpes, William Roberts, Walter Sickert and James McNeill Whistler. He staged in all over two hundred and forty separate exhibitions.
