Academy Architecture
First published in 1889 the focus of this publication was initially the architectural drawings from exhibitions held at the Royal Academy of Arts in London but was extended to other exhibitions. Primarily looking at the buildings of Great Britain, there were also illustrations of buildings from across the British Empire and mainland Europe. Carrying little text, this publication was notable for carrying mainly illustrations - initially drawings and etchings in early editions, which were increasingly replaced by photographs in the early 20th century. It ceased publication in 1931.
